Under this agreement, the architect is an architect with respect to the company, and not an employee of the company. Through this agreement the architect prepares conceptual drawings and specifications and furnishes other services in connection with the planning and design of the Project and the company in return for such services provides remuneration for such work and for the furnishing of additional architectural services in connection with the Project.
