Vermont Schedule E/F: Creditors Who Have Unsecured Claims (non-individuals) is a form used in the state of Vermont to list all unsecured claims (non-individuals) from creditors in a bankruptcy case. It is used to inform the court of all creditors that have unsecured claims against the debtor and to determine the amount each creditor is entitled to receive. This form includes two separate schedules, Schedule E and Schedule F. Schedule E is used to list all creditors that have unsecured claims against the debtor. This includes the name and address of each creditor, the amount owed to the creditor, the date the debt was incurred, and any other information related to the debt. Schedule F is used to list all secured claims from creditors that do not have a security interest in the debtor’s assets. This includes the name and address of each creditor, the amount owed to the creditor, the date the debt was incurred, and any other information related to the debt. Both of these schedules are used to determine the amount each creditor is entitled to receive in a bankruptcy case, and are required to be filed with the court in order for the case to proceed.
