There are two types of Vermont Discovery Schedule/Order (Stipulated): the Pre-Trial Discovery Schedule and the Final Discovery Schedule. The Pre-Trial Discovery Schedule is for cases filed before trial and the Final Discovery Schedule is for cases filed after trial.
