Vermont Vocational Rehabilitation (VAR) Annual Survey is an important way for VAR to track the progress of individuals with disabilities in the state of Vermont. The survey is conducted annually and is used to assess the effectiveness of VAR's services. It also helps to identify areas of improvement that may need to be addressed in order to better serve individuals with disabilities. The survey consists of two types: 1. An online survey, which is completed by individuals with disabilities who have received services from VAR. This survey collects information about the individual's experience with VAR services, such as the type of services received, the quality of those services, and the outcomes achieved. 2. A phone survey, which is completed by employment counselors and other VAR staff. This survey collects information about the services that were provided to the individual and the outcomes that were achieved. Both surveys are used to inform VAR's programming and ensure that individuals with disabilities in the state of Vermont are receiving the best possible services.
