The Washington Electronic Case Filing System Attorney Registration Form is an online form used to register attorneys with the Washington State Court System. Attorneys can use the form to register for access to the Washington State Court System's electronic filing system and to obtain access to case information online. There are three different types of Washington Electronic Case Filing System Attorney Registration Form: 1) the Standard Registration Form, which is used to register attorneys who do not have an existing account; 2) the Update/Change Registration Form, which is used to update an existing account; and 3) the Court-Specific Registration Form, which is used to register attorneys who are authorized to access the court's electronic case filing system. The registration form requires attorneys to provide information such as their name, address, email address, and phone number. Attorneys must also provide a scanned copy of their Washington State Bar Association membership card. Once an attorney's registration form is submitted and approved, they will be issued a user ID and password, which will allow them to access the Washington State Court System's electronic filing system.
