There are two types of Washington Guardianship Summary — Review: Judicial Review and Case Review. Judicial Review is a review conducted by a judge to ensure the guardianship arrangement is in the best interest of the ward. Case Review is a review conducted by a court-appointed reviewer to make sure the guardian is meeting their obligations and fulfilling their duties.
