Washington Appendix 2 OF Separation is a specialized type of separation used in the state of Washington. This type of separation is used when a couple wants to separate legally but does not wish to seek a divorce. It allows them to have a court order that outlines their rights and responsibilities in regard to financial and property issues, child custody and support, and other matters. There are two types of Washington Appendix 2 OF Separation: a voluntary separation and a court-ordered separation. A voluntary separation is entered into when both parties agree to the terms of the agreement and sign the document. A court-ordered separation is entered into when one or both parties cannot agree to the terms of the agreement and the court must make the decision for them. In either case, both parties are still legally married, but they are no longer living together.
