Washington Request for Trial / Arbitration — Family Law is a legal process that allows parties involved in a family law dispute to request a trial or arbitration to resolve the issue. There are two types of Washington Request for Trial / Arbitration — Family Law: trial and arbitration. A trial is a hearing in front of a judge, who makes decisions based on testimony and evidence presented by the parties. An arbitration is a private hearing in front of a neutral third-party arbitrator, who also makes decisions based on testimony and evidence presented by the parties. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. In both trial and arbitration proceedings, the parties involved must submit a Washington Request for Trial / Arbitration — Family Law to the court. The request must include all pertinent information, including the type of dispute, the names of the parties, and the relief sought. The court will then schedule a hearing date and time.
