Washington Guardianship Inventory (WEI) is a comprehensive legal document used to manage and preserve the assets and interests of a person in need of guardianship. It is used to identify and protect the interests of an individual who is no longer able to manage their own affairs due to physical or mental incapacity. The inventory includes details about the individual’s personal property, real estate, financial accounts, investments, and other assets, as well as other relevant information. The inventory is typically created and maintained by a court-appointed guardian. Washington Guardianship Inventory comes in two forms: the Inventory of Assets and the Inventory of Property. The Inventory of Assets includes detailed information about the individual’s financial accounts, investments, and other assets. The Inventory of Property includes detailed information about the individual’s real estate, personal property, vehicles, and other tangible possessions.
