Washington Order Approving Guardian's Report, Accounting, Budget and Personal Care Plan is a legal document issued by the court in Washington state in order to approve a guardian's proposed plan of care for a ward or an incapacitated adult. This document outlines the guardian's proposed budget, accounting, and personal care plan for the ward. It also outlines the guardian's responsibilities and how they will provide care and support for the ward. This document is used to ensure that the ward is being taken care of in accordance with the court's orders. There are two types of Washington Order Approving Guardian's Report, Accounting, Budget and Personal Care Plan: 1) Initial Order Approving Guardian's Report, Accounting, Budget and Personal Care Plan, and 2) Order Approving Guardian's Report, Accounting, Budget and Personal Care Plan Upon Review. The Initial Order is issued when the court first appoints a guardian for the ward, and the Order Upon Review is issued when the court reviews the guardian's proposed plan of care.
