A Washington Certificate of Completion (Mediation) is a document issued by the Washington State Office of Civil Legal Aid (UCLA) to recognize successful completion of a mediation program. The certificate is most commonly issued upon successful completion of an approved Family Law Mediation Program that is offered through the Washington State Bar Association (SBA). The certificate is also used to acknowledge successful completion of other forms of mediation, such as Elder Law Mediation, Landlord/Tenant Mediation, and Small Claims Mediation.
