The Washington Periodic Status Report (GSPR) is an online data collection system used by the Washington State Department of Health to track the health and safety of children in the state. The GSPR provides data on child abuse and neglect, child fatalities, child safety, and child well-being. It also allows for the tracking of services provided to children and families, and the outcomes of those services. There are four types of Washington Periodic Status Reports: the Annual Report, the Summary Report, the Case-Level Report, and the Indicators Report. The Annual Report provides an overview of child and family well-being in Washington State, as well as indicators of child safety and well-being. The Summary Report provides an overview of the data collected in the GSPR system and includes summary information on the number of children and families served, the types of services provided, and the outcomes of those services. The Case-Level Report provides detailed information on individual cases reported in the GSPR system. The Indicators Report provides data on specific indicators of child safety and well-being.
