Washington Request for Trial De Novo and Sealing of Mandatory Arbitration Award is a legal action taken by a party in a dispute to seek a new trial or review of a mandatory arbitration award. This allows a party to challenge the outcome of a mandatory arbitration award by requesting a trial de Nova in a state court. The Washington Request for Trial De Novo and Sealing of Mandatory Arbitration Award is applicable to all mandatory arbitration awards issued in the state of Washington. There are two types of Washington Request For Trial De Novo and Sealing of Mandatory Arbitration Award: 1) a request for trial de Nova, and 2) a request for sealing of the arbitration award.
