Washington Confidential Information Form (also known as the Non-Disclosure Agreement) is an agreement used in Washington State to protect confidential information from unauthorized disclosure. It is used to protect information that is shared between two parties in a business or professional relationship, such as trade secrets, financial information, and other proprietary information. It is signed by both parties to acknowledge the confidential nature of the information being shared and to ensure that the information is only used for the purpose intended. There are two types of Washington Confidential Information Forms: a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement and a Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement. The Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement is used by both parties to agree to keep the confidential information shared between them confidential and not to disclose it to any third party. The Unilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement is used by one party to agree to keep the confidential information shared with them confidential and not to disclose it to any third party.
