Washington Limited Liability Partnership Amendment (LLP Amendment) is a document used to make changes to an existing Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) in the state of Washington. The amendment allows the partners to modify the agreement that governs the internal affairs of the LLP, such as the name of the business, the rights and responsibilities of the partners, the duration of the partnership, and the distribution of profits. There are two types of Washington Limited Liability Partnership Amendment: Form LP-1 (for making changes to an existing LLP) and Form LP-2 (for filing a new LLP). Form LP-1 is used for making changes to an existing LLP, such as changing the name of the business, adding or removing partners, changing the duration of the partnership, or amending the partnership agreement. Form LP-2 is used for filing a new LLP, including the name, purpose, duration, and organization of the LLP.
