Washington Addendum To Confidential Information is a legal document used to supplement and update a Confidential Information Agreement (CIA) or a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). It is used to add or modify specific terms in the original agreement, such as adding additional parties, changing the duration of the agreement, and adding specific provisions or restrictions related to the sharing of confidential information. The Washington Addendum To Confidential Information is specifically designed for use in Washington State. There are two types of Washington Addendum To Confidential Information: Standalone Addendum and Amendment Addendum. A Standalone Addendum is used when no changes are being made to the original agreement, and it simply sets out the additional terms and conditions of the agreement. An Amendment Addendum is used when changes are being made to the original agreement, and it outlines the changes and the new provisions.
