Washington Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Parties or Children) is a form that is used in the state of Washington to provide additional parties or children with access to confidential information. This form is filed with the court and is used in cases where the parties involved have already reached an agreement or need to provide confidential information to additional parties or children. The form is typically used in family law cases, such as child support, child custody, parenting plans, divorce, and other family law matters. There are two types of Washington Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Parties or Children): (1) the Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Parties) and (2) the Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Children). The Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Parties) is used when there are additional parties (such as grandparents) who need to be given access to the confidential information. The Attachment to Confidential Information (Additional Children) is used when there are additional children who need to be given access to the confidential information. Both forms must be completed and filed with the court in order for the additional parties or children to gain access to the confidential information.
