Washington Order for Prison DOSE Screening Report per RCW 9.94A.660 (ORD OSA) is a type of report issued by the Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) and the Division of Community Corrections (DCC) in order to evaluate individuals with a history of drug or alcohol use disorder (DOSE) to determine their suitability for parole or community supervision. The report assesses the individual's current level of risk, needs, and strengths in order to recommend an appropriate level of supervision. There are two types of orders: the Offender DOSE Screening Report (ODOR) and the Offender Substance Abuse Screening Report (OS ASR). The ODOR is used to evaluate offenders who have been convicted of a DOC-related offense and the OS ASR is used to evaluate offenders who have been convicted of a DCC-related offense. The report includes information such as the offender's criminal history, prior DOSE history, current alcohol and drug use, and mental health status. It also includes a detailed assessment of the offender's risk of reoffending and a recommendation for the offender's level of supervision.
