Washington Immediate Order (Ex Parte) about a Hearing on Parenting Issues (Military Parent) is a court order issued by a court in the State of Washington to determine the rights and duties of a military parent regarding the care of a minor child. This order can be used to temporarily modify a parenting plan, temporarily suspend a parenting plan, or temporarily appoint a third party to make decisions on behalf of the minor child. This order can also be used to modify the parent’s visitation rights, to temporarily establish a parenting plan, or to provide a temporary parenting plan for a military parent who is deployed. There are two types of Washington Immediate Order (Ex Parte) about a Hearing on Parenting Issues (Military Parent): Temporary Parenting Order and Permanent Parenting Order. A Temporary Parenting Order is used to temporarily modify or suspend a parenting plan, to temporarily appoint a third party to make decisions on behalf of the minor child, or to temporarily establish a parenting plan. A Permanent Parenting Order is used to permanently modify or suspend a parenting plan, permanently appoint a third party to make decisions on behalf of the minor child, or to permanently establish a parenting plan.
