Washington Criminal History Record (Cover Sheet) (Non-Parent Custody) is a document issued by the Washington State Patrol that provides information pertaining to an individual's criminal history in the state of Washington. The information provided includes any convictions, deferred sentences, and pending criminal cases from Washington state courts. The cover sheet also provides the date of the conviction, the case number, the charge, the disposition, and any other dispositions related to the case. There are two types of Washington Criminal History Record (Cover Sheet) (Non-Parent Custody): the Basic Criminal History Record (BCH) and the Enhanced Criminal History Record (EACH). The Basic Criminal History Record (BCH) covers all convictions within the state of Washington, while the Enhanced Criminal History Record (EACH) covers convictions as well as any associated deferred sentences or pending criminal cases.
