Washington Master Level Counselor Provider Account Application is a credentialing process provided by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH). It allows counselors and providers to apply for a Master Level credential in Washington state. To be eligible for the credential, applicants must have a Master’s degree in counseling or a related field, and must meet Washington state's requirements for credentialing. After submitting the application, applicants must pass a written examination and undergo a background check. The Washington Master Level Counselor Provider Account Application includes two types of applications: the Associate Provider Application and the Master Level Provider Application. The Associate Provider Application is for counselors who have not yet achieved a master's degree, and the Master Level Provider Application is for counselors who have already achieved a master's degree. Both applications require applicants to provide personal information, educational qualifications, and other pertinent information. In addition to the application, applicants must also submit proof of education, criminal background check, and other required documents. Once the application is approved, applicants will receive a Master Level Credential from the DOH. This credential will allow them to provide services to clients in Washington state.
