Washington Application for a 0% Supervision Modified Electrical Training Certificate & Specialty Examination is an application process that is used by the Washington Department of Labor & Industries in order to issue a 0% Supervision Modified Electrical Training Certificate & Specialty Examination. This certificate allows individuals to work on electrical systems in a residential setting without direct supervision. The application process is open to individuals who have completed an approved training course and have at least two years of experience in electrical work. There are three types of Washington Applications for a 0% Supervision Modified Electrical Training Certificate & Specialty Examination: Class A, Class B and Class C. The Class A Application is for individuals who have completed a training program with at least 240 hours of instruction; the Class B Application is for individuals who have completed a training program with at least 180 hours of instruction; and the Class C Application is for individuals who have completed a training program with at least 120 hours of instruction. All applicants must pass a Specialty Exam in order to receive their certificate.
