The Washington Application for Insignia Conversion Vendor/Medical Units (WHICH) is an online portal used by Washington State hospitals and medical providers to convert their existing insignia to the standards set forth by the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA). WHICH allows hospitals and medical providers to register their insignia and convert it to the HCA standard. There are two types of WHICH applications: Vendor and Medical Units. The Vendor Application enables vendors to upload their insignia and receive a unique identifier from the HCA. Vendors can then use this identifier to register their insignia with the HCA and receive their insignia conversion certificate. Vendors can also track the status of their insignia conversion request. The Medical Units Application enables medical units to upload their insignia and receive a unique identifier from the HCA. Medical units can then use this identifier to register their insignia with the HCA and receive their insignia conversion certificate. Medical units can also track the status of their insignia conversion request. Additionally, medical units can also enter their unit name, address, and contact information. The Washington Application for Insignia Conversion Vendor/Medical Units provides a secure and easy way for Washington State hospitals and medical providers to convert their existing insignia to the HCA's standards.
