Washington Non-Compliance Report — Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection is a document issued to operators of boilers and pressure vessels in the state of Washington to report any non-compliance issues found during inspections. This report is completed by an inspector certified by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I). It includes a list of non-compliance items found, such as safety hazards, improper installation, and maintenance issues. The report also includes recommendations for corrective action and potential penalties associated with the non-compliance items. There are two types of Washington Non-Compliance Reports — Boiler & Pressure Vessel Inspection: the Initial Non-Compliance Report and the Final Non-Compliance Report. The Initial Non-Compliance Report includes the inspector’s findings and recommendations for corrective action. The Final Non-Compliance Report is issued after the corrective action has been taken and the issues have been resolved.
