Washington Self-Insurance Electronic Data Reporting System (SIDES): Enrollment Package 2.0 is a secure online system for employers and self-insured entities in Washington State to enter and manage their self-insurance data. It allows employers to submit their data electronically and securely to the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (L&I). This system also provides access to an electronic version of the Self-Insurance Enrollment Package, allowing employers to electronically complete and submit their enrollment package forms. The Washington Self-Insurance Electronic Data Reporting System (SIDES): Enrollment Package 2.0 consists of two packages: the Employer Self-Insurance Enrollment Package and the Self-Insurance Enrollment Package for an Entity. The Employer Self-Insurance Enrollment Package is for employers who wish to self-insure workers’ compensation coverage for their employees. The Self-Insurance Enrollment Package for an Entity is for self-insured entities that are not employers, such as labor unions, associations, or other entities.
