Washington Stay at Work Expense Reimbursement Application for Employers Tools, Clothing, Training is a program designed to help employers in Washington State cover the costs associated with employee training, tools, and clothing. The program offers reimbursement of up to 50% of eligible costs, with a maximum award of $3,000, to help employers offset the costs of providing job-related training, tools, and clothing to their employees. This program is available to employers with employees in Washington State who are actively employed and have been employed for at least six months prior to the application date. The program offers two types of reimbursement: direct reimbursement and indirect reimbursement. Direct reimbursement allows employers to be reimbursed for the cost of training, tools, and clothing directly related to the job. Indirect reimbursement allows employers to be reimbursed for the cost of training, tools, and clothing related to the employee's health and safety. This program is offered by the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries.
