Washington Your Daily Record of Hours and Units Worked — For Agricultural Workers is a record-keeping document used by agricultural employers in the state of Washington to track the hours and units of work performed by their agricultural employees. This document is used to meet the requirements of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries (L&I) for agricultural employers. The form includes spaces to document the name of the employee, the date, the type of work performed, the hours worked, the units worked, the total hours and units for the day, the total hours and units for the week, and the signature of the employee. There are two types of Washington Your Daily Record of Hours and Units Worked — For Agricultural Workers: the Regular Record and the Piece Rate Record. The Regular Record is used to record hours worked and no units, while the Piece Rate Record is used to record hours and units of work, such as number of boxes picked, acres mowed, etc. Both forms must be signed by the employee and the employer, and the employer must keep the forms on file for at least four years.
