Washington Your Daily Record of Hours Worked is an online form that employees in Washington State must use to record their daily hours worked. It is part of the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries' (L&I) record keeping requirements for employers. The form must be filled out each day and submitted to the employer, who is then responsible for keeping accurate records of the hours worked. There are three types of Washington Your Daily Record of Hours Worked: Regular Hours, Overtime Hours, and Leave Hours. Regular Hours are those worked within the standard work week (8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday). Overtime Hours are those worked outside the standard work week (nights, weekends, and holidays), and Leave Hours are those worked while on vacation, sick, or other authorized leave. The form includes fields for the employee's name, date, hours worked, and any leave taken. The employer is required to keep these records for at least three years.
