The Wisconsin Notice of Motion or Objection is a legal document used in the state of Wisconsin to initiate a motion or objection in a court case. It gives notice to the other party that one party is filing an objection or motion with the court. This document must be filed with the court clerk and must contain the names of the parties involved, a description of the motion or objection, the date of filing, a statement of the facts and law relied upon, and a statement of whether an oral hearing is requested. There are two types of Wisconsin Notices of Motion or Objection: a Notice of Motion and a Notice of Objection. The Notice of Motion is used when one party is requesting a specific action be taken by the court, such as a change in an order or requesting a judge to rule on an issue. The Notice of Objection is used when one party is filing an objection to the other party’s motion, such as an objection to the opposing party’s request for a change in an order.
