Wisconsin Debtor's Electronic Bankruptcy Noticing Request (Debt) is an online service offered by the Wisconsin Department of Justice which allows debtors to electronically request notification of bankruptcy proceedings. This electronic service provides an efficient and cost-effective way for debtors to stay informed on their bankruptcy cases. There are two types of Wisconsin Debt requests: Individual Debt and Business Debt. Individual Debt allows debtors to request notification of bankruptcy proceedings for themselves, while Business Debt allows debtors to request notification of bankruptcy proceedings for their businesses. Both types of requests require basic personal and business information, including contact information, and require a nominal fee for filing. Upon filing a Debt request, debtors will receive notifications of all bankruptcy proceedings for their requested individual or business.
