The Wisconsin Attorney Volunteer Card is a program sponsored by the Wisconsin State Bar Association (SBA) that allows attorneys to provide pro bono legal services to those in need. The program provides an opportunity for attorneys to provide their services free of charge to those who may not otherwise be able to afford them. Volunteer attorneys can use the card to access a variety of resources, such as free legal advice, assistance in filing forms, or representation in court. There are three types of Wisconsin Attorney Volunteer Cards: the Basic Card, the Advanced Card, and the Pro Bono Card. The Basic Card provides access to the most basic resources, such as legal advice and assistance with filing forms. The Advanced Card is designed for attorneys who wish to provide more in-depth services, such as representation in court. Finally, the Pro Bono Card is for attorneys who wish to provide services on a pro bono basis. All Wisconsin Attorney Volunteer Cards allow attorneys to easily track their volunteer hours and services provided.
