Wisconsin Drug Court Treatment Contract is a formal agreement between the court and the drug offender that outlines the requirements for successful completion of the drug court program. It includes a detailed plan of drug treatment, educational classes, and other programming that must be completed in order to remain in the program. The contract also includes specific rules and expectations of the participant, such as showing up for all scheduled appointments, maintaining sobriety, and other requirements. There are two types of Wisconsin Drug Court Treatment Contract: Standard Contract and Intensive Supervision Contract. The Standard Contract outlines the general rules and expectations of the program and requires the participant to show up for scheduled appointments and complete drug treatment, education classes, and other programming. The Intensive Supervision Contract is for individuals who cannot comply with the Standard Contract's requirements and require more intensive supervision and monitoring. This contract includes more specific and frequent drug testing, more frequent meetings with the Drug Court team, and may also include residential or inpatient treatment.
