The Wisconsin Statement of Personal Representative to Close Estate (Informal Administration) is a legal document which a personal representative of an estate in the state of Wisconsin must file in order to close an informal estate. This document is completed when the estate is fully administered and all debts and claims against the estate have been paid or settled. The Statement of Personal Representative must include the name of the decedent, the date of death, the date of appointment, and a statement confirming that all debts and claims against the estate have been paid or settled. It must also include a list of the assets in the estate, the date and amount of distributions made to heirs, and a statement that there are no further assets to distribute. There are two types of Wisconsin Statement of Personal Representative to Close Estate (Informal Administration): Form PR-1821 and Form PR-1822. Form PR-1821 is used when the assets of the estate are sufficient to pay all debts and claims, and Form PR-1822 is used when there are not enough assets to pay all debts and claims.
