A Wisconsin Request to Reschedule (Family Court) is a legal document used to ask a court to change the date or time of a hearing or other proceeding. The request must be filed with the court by the party or attorney responsible for the proceeding. This includes both civil and criminal proceedings. There are two types of Wisconsin Request to Reschedule (Family Court): 1) Request to Change Hearing Date and 2) Request to Change Time of Hearing. The Request to Change Hearing Date must include the case number, the original hearing date, the new hearing date, the reason for the request, and the signature of the party or attorney responsible for the proceeding. The Request to Change Time of Hearing must include the case number, the original hearing date and time, the new hearing date and time, the reason for the request, and the signature of the party or attorney responsible for the proceeding. Both forms must be approved by the court before the new hearing date or time can be set.
