Wisconsin Restated Articles of Incorporation Nonstickck Corporation refers to a legal document that amends, updates, and replaces the current Articles of Incorporation of a Nonstick Corporation in the state of Wisconsin. The Restated Articles of Incorporation must be filed with the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions in order to update and/or amend the corporation’s original Articles of Incorporation. It is possible to restate the articles of incorporation for many reasons, including the addition of new directors, the change of legal name, the change of registered agent, and/or the change of corporate purpose.
