A Wisconsin Petition in Juvenile Court for a Temporary Restraining Order and/or Petition and Motion for Injunction Hearing (Harassment) is a petition that can be filed in Wisconsin Juvenile Court in order to seek a restraining order or an injunction against someone if they are engaging in harassment. The petitioner must provide evidence that the respondent is harassing them and that the petitioner is in danger of harm or has suffered harm due to the respondent's actions. If the court finds that the petitioner has presented sufficient evidence, the court can issue a temporary restraining order or an injunction against the respondent. There are two types of Wisconsin petitions in juvenile court for a temporary restraining order and/or petition and motion for injunction hearing (harassment): 1. Petition for Temporary Restraining Order (TO): This is a petition to the court in which the petitioner asks the court to issue a restraining order to protect them from harm caused by the respondent’s harassment. 2. Petition and Motion for Injunction Hearing: This is a petition to the court in which the petitioner asks the court to hold a hearing in order to determine if an injunction should be issued to protect them from the respondent’s harassment.
