Wisconsin Request to Inspect Juvenile Court Records are a set of forms designed to allow individuals to request access to juvenile court records in the state of Wisconsin. These records can include court orders, court reports, and other records related to a juvenile case. The request must be made in writing and sent to the clerk of the juvenile court, or to the court administrator, depending on the county. The request must include the juvenile’s name, date of birth, case number (if known), and the reason for the request. There are two types of Wisconsin Request to Inspect Juvenile Court Records: a Petition to Inspect Records and an Appeal of Denial to Inspect Records. The Petition to Inspect Records allows individuals to request access to juvenile court records, as well as court proceedings. The Appeal of Denial to Inspect Records is used when a request to inspect records is denied and the individual wishes to appeal the decision.
