A Wisconsin Injunction (Harassment) is a court order issued by a Wisconsin court that prohibits an individual from engaging in certain activities. This type of injunction, commonly referred to as a harassment injunction, is meant to protect a person from being threatened, intimidated, or physically harmed by another individual. It can also be used to stop someone from stalking, cyberstalking, or engaging in any other type of harassing behavior. There are three types of Wisconsin Injunction (Harassment): Temporary Injunction, Permanent Injunction, and Stalking Injunction. A Temporary Injunction is a court order issued on a temporary basis that prohibits an individual from engaging in certain activities. A Permanent Injunction is a court order that is issued on a permanent basis and prohibits an individual from engaging in certain behaviors. A Stalking Injunction is a court order issued to protect a person from being stalked or cyberstalker by another individual.
