Wisconsin Order to Authorize and/or Confirm Sale/Mortgage/Lease of Real Estate of Ward under Guardianship or Conservatorship is a legally binding document issued by a court in the state of Wisconsin. This document allows a guardian or conservator to legally sell, mortgage, or lease real estate owned by a ward who is under the legal guardianship or conservatorship of the court. The document must be completed and filed with the court to receive approval before the real estate transaction can be completed. There are two types of Wisconsin Order to Authorize and/or Confirm Sale/Mortgage/Lease of Real Estate of Ward under Guardianship or Conservatorship: Sale and Mortgage/Lease. The Sale Order allows the guardian or conservator to legally sell real estate owned by the ward, while the Mortgage/Lease Order allows the guardian or conservator to legally mortgage or lease real estate owned by the ward. In both cases, the court must approve the transaction before it can be completed.
