Wisconsin Treatment Conditions are standards that must be met in order to provide treatment and services to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders in the state of Wisconsin. These conditions are based on national standards and the Wisconsin Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services Standards of Care and include the following four major categories: 1. Clinical and treatment services: This includes the treatment and services provided to individuals with mental health and substance abuse disorders, such as individual and group therapy, medication management, psychosocial rehabilitation, and case management. 2. Administrative requirements: This includes the standards and procedures necessary to ensure quality care, such as clinical record keeping, quality assurance, and staff development. 3. Provider qualifications: This includes the qualifications necessary for individuals to provide mental health and substance abuse services, such as certification, training, and experience. 4. Facility requirements: This includes the standards for the facility in which treatment and services are provided, such as safety, security, and physical environment.
