The Wisconsin Compromise Review Application is a comprehensive tool designed to review and evaluate the terms of compromise agreements between employers and employees. This review process is used to ensure that the agreement is fair and equitable for both parties. The application is broken down into four main parts: evaluation of the offer; review of the facts and laws; assessment of the risks and benefits; and review of the proposed resolution. The Wisconsin Compromise Review Application is available in both online and paper versions, and there are two types of review applications: Standard and Enhanced. The Standard version offers an evaluation of the offer, as well as a review of the facts and laws related to the agreement. The Enhanced version offers a more detailed review and evaluation, including an assessment of the risks and benefits associated with the agreement, as well as a review of the proposed resolution.
