It is used to certify that the debtor’s repayment plan meets the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code. There are three types of West Virginia Chapter 13 Certification of Compliance Form — for Confirmation of the PlanReconfirmationon Certification, Post-Confirmation Certification, and Final Certification. The Reconfirmation Certification is used to certify that the debtor's repayment plan meets the requirements of the Bankruptcy Code, is feasible, and is in the best interests of the debtor and creditors. The Post-Confirmation Certification is used to certify that the debtor is making payments in accordance with the approved repayment plan. The Final Certification is used to certify that the debtor has completed all payments under the approved repayment plan and has been discharged.
