The Wyoming Statement of Your Financial Affairs (non-individuals) is a document used by entities other than individuals, such as corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies, to report information about their financial activities to the Wyoming Secretary of State. This document contains details such as the entity's current financial situation, assets, liabilities, and other pertinent financial information. The Wyoming Statement of Your Financial Affairs (non-individuals) must be filed annually with the Wyoming Secretary of State and is available for public inspection. There are two types of Wyoming Statements of Your Financial Affairs (non-individuals): the Initial Statement and the Annual Statement. The Initial Statement is a one-time, comprehensive financial statement that must be filed upon formation of the entity. The Annual Statement is used to update the Initial Statement and must be filed every year thereafter.
