Wyoming Disclosure of Compensation of Bankruptcy Petition Preparer is a document that must be completed and filed with the bankruptcy court when the debtor hires a bankruptcy petition preparer to assist in the preparation of the bankruptcy petition. The disclosure must include the name and address of the petition preparer and the compensation to be paid for services rendered. It must also include the petitioner's name, address, Social Security number, and the date the services were provided. There are two types of Wyoming Disclosure of Compensation of Bankruptcy Petition Preparer: the Full Disclosure of Compensation and the Limited Disclosure of Compensation. The Full Disclosure of Compensation requires the petition preparer to disclose the total fees, charges, and other compensation to be paid for services rendered. The Limited Disclosure of Compensation requires the petition preparer to disclose only the fee and any other compensation that is paid in advance for services rendered.
