The Wyoming Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative is a document that is used by a creditor or representative of a child support case to appear in court in the state of Wyoming. This document is used when a creditor or representative wishes to appear in court to present evidence, testimony, or to make arguments on behalf of a child support case. There are two types of Wyoming Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative documents: Pro Se Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative and Attorney Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative. The Pro Se Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative is used when an individual who is not a lawyer appears in court on their own behalf. The Attorney Appearance of Child Support Creditor or Representative is used when an attorney appears in court on behalf of the creditor or representative. Both documents must be signed by the creditor or representative, and filed with the court in order to be valid.
