Wyoming Individual Chapter 11 Discharge is a process that grants financial relief to individuals who are unable to make payments on their debts. This type of discharge allows the debtor to renegotiate their debt obligations with creditors and obtain a court order that relieves them of all responsibility for certain debts. In return, the debtor must give up certain rights, such as the right to sue creditors for unpaid debt or to have their wages garnished. There are two types of Wyoming Individual Chapter 11 Discharge: a full discharge and a partial discharge. A full discharge releases the debtor from all responsibility for their debts and allows them to walk away from all of their unsecured debt obligations. A partial discharge, on the other hand, releases the debtor from some of their debts, but not all. In both cases, the debtor must still adhere to the repayment plan that was negotiated with their creditors.
