Wyoming CAMP 17. Request for Setting is a type of request issued by the State of Wyoming in order to set up a Comprehensive Conservation Management Plan (CAMP) for certain lands in the state. Request for Setting: the CAMP Request for Setting (RFS), which is used to initiate the CAMP process, and the CAMP Request for Extension (RFE), which is used to extend the CAMP process. The RFS includes a description of the proposed CAMP area, a description of the existing environmental conditions, and a proposed plan for its management.
