Wyoming CAMP 18. Order Setting Hearing is a court hearing to set the terms and conditions of the Community Corrections Management Plan (CAMP) for an offender. The Wyoming CAMP 18. Order Setting Hearing is conducted in the Circuit Court in the county in which the offender resides. The hearing is presided over by a Circuit Court judge and is attended by the prosecuting attorney, the defense attorney, the offender, the offender’s family, and other members of the community corrections team. The purpose of the hearing is to review the offender’s progress in completing thCAMPMP and to determine if the terms and conditions of the CAMP should be modified or extended. There are two types of Wyoming CAMP 18. Order Setting Hearings: the Initial Order Setting Hearing and the Subsequent Order Setting Hearing. The Initial Order Setting Hearing is held shortly after the offender is admitted to the CAMP program and is used to establish the terms and conditions of the offender’s participation in the program. The Subsequent Order Setting Hearing is held periodically throughout the offender’s participation in thCAMPMP and is used to review the offender’s progress in completing thCAMPMP and to modify or extend the terms and conditions as necessary.
