Wyoming CAMP 20. Pretrial Disclosures is a set of rules and regulations that govern the exchange of evidence between the prosecution and the defense in criminal trials in the state of Wyoming. This set of rules is intended to ensure that all parties involved in the trial have access to the same information and that any relevant evidence is shared in a timely manner. The Wyoming CAMP 20. Pretrial Disclosures has two main components: the Exchange of Information and the Exchange of Evidence. The Exchange of Information requires both parties to provide a list of witnesses, experts, and any other relevant evidence that will be used at trial. The Exchange of Evidence requires both parties to exchange all relevant documents, recordings, and other physical evidence. This includes any physical evidence collected during the investigation as well as any evidence that may be used at trial.
