The Wyoming CAMP 9. Confidential Financial Affidavit is a document used to provide financial information to the court. It is used in conjunction with other forms in the Child Support Modification Program (CAMP). The Affidavit is required to be completed by both parents, and must be signed in front of a notary public. It contains financial information such as income, expenses, assets, liabilities, and other pertinent information. There are three types of Wyoming CAMP 9. Confidential Financial Affidavit: the Parent A Financial Affidavit, the Parent B Financial Affidavit, and the Joint Financial Affidavit.
